COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAMS

Churches of Christ Care provides a range of quality in-home services designed to allow older people and people with disabilities to remain in their own homes safely and with dignity, for as long as possible.

Community Aged Care Programs are government subsidised care services for older people which enable them to receive care in their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent as possible. 

We strive to create an inclusive, caring, compassionate service that meets our clients’ needs without discrimination or prejudice. Everyone is welcome to call on our help, regardless of their religion, beliefs or background.

Services provided by Churches of Christ Care are funded by a mix of government subsidies, grants, fees and charges, and through fundraising activities.

Private Home Care Services (non-subsidised) are also available in all areas.
