Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program

Churches of Christ Care is contracted to provide services under the VHC program. The VHC program is a Department of Veterans’ Affairs program, designed to assist those eligible veterans and war widows/widowers who wish to continue living at home, with a small amount of practical help. Access to VHC services is based on an assessed need and eligible veterans and war widows/widowers can contact their regional VHC assessment agency on 1300 550 450 to arrange an assessment.
