Churches of Christ Care Aged Care Service Woorim

Situated beachside at Woorim on beautiful Bribie Island, Churches of Christ Care Aged Care Service Woorim backs on to natural bushland and is neighbours with the Golden Ages Day Centre and Bribie Golf Course. Our facility provides low care (hostel)accommodation for ten residents in a homelike environment. Woorim Village, Bribie Island is also on site and offers quality 2-bedroom retirement village units. Churches of Christ Care Community Care Program Bribie Island/Caboolture operates on site also and is offered to residents to support their ongoing independence.

Hostel

Residents have their own private bedroom with ensuite facilities. Rooms are carpeted and have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, wall heater and emergency call system. Residents have the opportunity to provide their own furnishings and electrical items. Woorim Lodge includes a kitchen, communal and private dining room, front and rear patios, lounge areas and barbeque facilities. An emergency call system is integrated throughout the house for use in emergency situations. All communal areas are tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

Personal care services

Although our residents are encouraged to maintain independence with their everyday living tasks, if extra assistance is needed our staff are able to help with showering , personal hygiene, medication, dressing, dementia and emotional support, mobility, meal assistance, special diets, rehabilitation, communication and short-term illness.

Retirement living

Woorim Lodge Aged Care Facility is co-located with Woorim Village, Bribie Island, one of our 17 retirement villages located in popular retirement locations throughout Queensland and Melbourne. Woorim Village is located surfside on Bribie Island and offers quality two-bedroom independent living units. Our qualified and dedicated community aged staff offer personalised care to enable clients to stay in their own home for as long as possible to maintain independences and quality of life.
