Our Staff
In 2010 we provided aged care services and support to more than 3,000 seniors. Our staff are caring, dedicated and professional in their approach to our clients and residents.
You will find that our staff go that little extra to recognise you as the unique individual that you are and personalise your service. We do this by employing experienced, qualified and dedicated staff, including registered nurses, who provide a high level of personal care to residents and clients throughout all our aged care services. We provide regular training to our staff to ensure that they are up kept up to date with the provision of safe, quality services to support seniors with compassion and dignity.
Our aged care facilities are accredited by the Aged Care Standards Agency. In line with these requirements, we undertake comprehensive background checks on all managers and key personnel working in our aged care facilities. All staff undergo regular police criminal history checks.
